Who can use the Hutchins Seminar Room (Ath 435)?

Answer

The Hutchins Seminar Room (ATH 435), on the fourth level of the library, is an extension of Special Collections & Archives (SC&A) for the purpose of instruction, work, and meetings using SC&A materials.  This primarily includes class instruction using valuable, rare, and original materials including artifacts, books, manuscripts, and the college archives. If you are interested in reserving this room for a class in conjunction with using SC&A materials or for SC&A instruction, please contact Deborah Harner who coordinates instruction for SC&A at Deborah.harner@goucher.edu or 410-337-6075.

If there is a class using SC&A materials, the use of the room will be closed for the semester to anyone outside of the class. If there is no classes using the room, it is available for reservation using the Events Management System https://goucher.emscloudservice.com/web/.

Food and beverages are not permitted in this room.
